    A: Yes, we can arrange airport parking as well as overnight hotels, taxi or rail travel and lounges at your departure airport.
    A:We will try hard to source rooms throughout the season. At the busiest times (Christmas, New Year and February Half Term) there will be limited availability but this can change nearer the time so keep in touch.
    A: Yes, there is a flat 2.5% charge imposed on us by our bankers on all credit card payments. Debit cards attract no fees.
    A: We will do our best to keep everything running smoothly by updating the transfer and hotel partners if there are delays to your journey.
    A: Yes, all of our holiday packages are ABTA and/or ATOL protected.
    A: The EHIC is not a substitute for travel insurance. It is very important to take out adequate travel insurance with winter sports cover and be aware of what is covered (mountain rescue, poor snow,on piste only etc)
    A: You should ensure that your passport has at least 6 months validity left at the time of travel. If you do not hold a British or EU passport, it is your responsibility to check entry requirements.
    A: Usually it’s a deposit with the full balance due 14 weeks before travel.
    A: In extreme weather conditions, lifts can be closed for safety reasons. In the unlikely event that this lasts a full day, you may be able to claim on your insurance policy. It is not standard practise get lift pass refunds.
